What did you eat?
- Kurogewagyu (Japanese black beef)
- Yasai(Vegetables)
How was it?
1. Kurogewagyu (Japanese black beef)
Oh! Is this the Wagyu? It’s so pink—it doesn’t look like any meat I’ve ever seen. It’s beautiful and quite surprising. I’ve never thought to describe meat as “beautiful,” but it really does look delicious. Oh, I’m so excited! It cooks so quickly, and the smell is amazing.
Hmm, wow! It’s incredibly soft! The taste just bursts in your mouth, and you can really savor the sauce. Dipping the Wagyu beef into raw egg adds another layer of flavor—it complements the dish perfectly. You don’t even notice the raw egg; it just blends seamlessly.
This is absolutely delicious! I wasn’t expecting it to be this flavorful in just one bite. Sukiyaki is incredible—the meat is so tender and soft.
You can really tell the meat is of exceptional quality, and it’s cooked to perfection.
2. Yasai(Vegetables)
This is really cool! The vegetables look like a beautifully arranged dish.
It’s so nice how everything absorbs the flavor of the sauce. Look at this—I’ve never seen anything like it before. There’s a little star inside, and it’s absolutely delicious!
It’s obviously amazing—wow! It even looks like you could eat it raw. The vegetables themselves have such deep, rich flavors, not just from the sauce but from the vegetables themselves.
