How was it?
1. Yone zawa gyuu rōsutobīfu zushi(Yonezawa beef roast beef sushi)
So soft. It disappeared. There’s no more, wow. It’s so nice.
2. Kata rōsu sukiyaki (Shoulder loin Sukiyaki )
This looks so good—I definitely need to take a picture! Oh my God, it’s amazing. I love eggs, I love everything about this, it’s just so nice. Mamma mia! I want a whole kilo of it. So good, so good—I absolutely love it. It just melts in your mouth!
3. Riburōsu sukiyaki (Rib Sukiyaki)
I love it, I really really like it. It’s so soft, it’s amazing.
4. Akami sukiyaki (Lean Sukiyaki)
This is more similar to the beef you’d buy in Italy, but this kind of quality—we don’t have anything like it. You’d only find it if you buy premium cuts. I’m really getting used to Japanese food, and when I go back to Italy, I think I’ll feel really, really bad. Hopefully, I can stay here! Usually, when you go abroad, you expect to miss your country’s cuisine, but for now, I don’t feel that at all. Sukiyaki feels so balanced—you get everything: vegetables, meat, and rice.
