How was it?
1. Aji (Horse mackerel)
Mmm, I love it. It was very buttery. I love this. I’ve never had this before. I want like five more of those. iI’s buttery it almost reminded me of the tuna.
2. Ika (Squid)
It’s a little thicker. It’s like kind of chewy and like muscly. The salt was a good touch.
3. Kani (Crab)
Oh my gosh. This is amazing! Mhm, no crap to waste, mhm mhm, very good. It’s topnotch. I can’t talk cuz I’m eating all of it like I’m I ready to scoop my next part. Wow, this is what real crab taste like. I’ve been using the fake one. In the States, some of the Sushi they’re made with the fake crab, but I mean we we do have real ones too, but it’s like most of the time like we just get the fake. The California rolls with the sad fake crab, but this is what real one tastes like.
4. Uni (Sea urchin)
It’s so funny to see it in this form versus the sea urant form. You know how spiky it is. So good, oh my gosh, so creamy. Mhm, that’s un like any of the ones prior. I think it’s be more fishy too it’s not . You know what I mean like more salty. That was good. I was expecting it to be more something different.
