How was it?

1. Dashimakitamago(Japanese omelet)

Unbelievable, it’s very soft and juicy. The soup stock soaks into the thin layer of the omelet. I’ve never tried omlet like this. If I know the in the recipe, I I would make it every day, every morning. It’s very very delicious.

2. Sushi moriawase(Assorted sashimi)

I love this. If you didn’t say that it’s a fish, I never think that it’s a fish. It’s so different, I can’t explain what is it. I have never tried a fish like this. It’s softer than I expected. That is totally different in our country. Japanese tashimi is perfect, I love it!

3. Anago(conger eel sushi)

It’s perfect. I think this is the tastiest dish I tried today Really amazing, very delicious I will definitely eat it again this.

4. Kani(Crab)cream croquette

It’s really tasty. I like it.

5. Salmon and avocado tartare

I’ve never tried the combination of salmon and avocado before.The combination of avocado and salmon is really rich. Japanese food is very delicious and you must try it.

6. Karaage(Japanese fried chicken)

I love chicken, but this one is juicy and looks healthy and soft! Japanese food is raeason why I should come to Japan again. I think Japanese food is exactly for me. I wish in our country we had it.

7. Matcha cheesecake

Honestly, I don’t like matcha, but it’s very good. I like matcha now. I like this better than regular cheesecake.

8. Agepan(fried dough) and ice cream

It’s so tasty it’s so delicious.Thank you to whoever came up with this.It’s a sweet that will make even my fingers taste delicious.
