How was it?
1. Asahi beer(Japanese beer)
That’s actually really good! Oh my God, it’s smooth. I don’t like beer back home um but this one’s really good. I love it. It’s light and it’s not back home it’s heavy.
2. Iburigakko(Smoked radish pickles) Mascarpone
It’s like,um, that’s a steak seasoning that’s what it smells like. It’s smoked.I haven’t seen this yet. oh wow okay I really like this actually. I don’t even eat cheese and I like this. Oh nice, it’s so crunchy. How come we haven’t seen this yet. That’s crazy.
3. Hitachi-gyu saroin no aburi zushi(Grilled Hitachi beef sirloin sushi)
That’s what I love always all the presentation is always so nice. It’s really pretty, you almost don’t want to eat it. It’s so nice. Okay, that’s really good. This is the best sushi I’ve tried so far. It doesn’t compare, it’s really do, I can no longer eat sushi in my hometown.
4. Ume-shu(Plum wine)
What? Oh my God! Come on! This is ridiculous. It’s like a Juice. I wouldn’t this is going to get me drunk. This is amazing. Our grandfathers would be impressed. How did they make this?Tell us.
5. Tai chiku wa no isobe-age(Deep-fried sea bream paste cake)
Oh, that’s nice. This is really good. This is all better than I anticipate. It’s a lot better and I like the salty taste.
6. Gindara no Saikyō-yaki(Grilled sable fish with saikyo miso)
It’s like scallops like they melt in your mouth. I like it because it’s so different from the other food we were eating too. It’s not fishy. Back home, some of them are so fishy.
7. Wagyu Shintama Roast Beef
It’s very pretty. This is why we come to Japan. With the salt too, it makes it so much better. This is like perfectly cooked. It’s very chewy and this is really soft, it’s very nice.
