How was it?
1. Kuroge wagyū no nikujaga(Kuroge Wagyu beef meat and potato stew)
Oh,yeah! Mhm, oh it’s so nice and warm. Wagyu beef any day any day every day never say no to uh Japanese beef. The beef comes out so sweet almost I really like that.
I’m going to look up a recipe. Oh, very good very very yumm. It’s not a lot going on but what’s there is so good and I love that. I think I find what I appreciate a lot is most of the time the ingredients kind of speak for themselves for the flavor. You don’t need a lot of like hot sauces barbecue sauces extra salt or pepper or something kind of what you get is how it’s intended to taste. It tastes homey like something I could have had growing up.
2. Gin dara no Saikyō-yaki(Miso-glazed grilled Silver cod)
I love Miso. Oh that is lovely, I love the texture, it’s really interesting, but the Miso flavor is so strong. Mhm oh wow. That’s a incredible flavor. That’s so good. Oh, that’s so yummy such a deep flavor. Oh my goodness. That’s delicious we haven’t had anything like. Mhm, oh yeah, that’s so nice. This is also unexpected. I think this might be my favorite fish that we had on the trip. Mhm, it’s really rich.
3. Kisetsu no takikomigohan no yaki onigiri chadzuke(Grilled seasonal rice Onigiri Chazuke)
This is on my list to try! Oh, the rice looks so beautiful and soft. Oh, that’s really nice, it tastes like really light and like refreshing. It would be nice for breakfast, the broth is really really nice. Mhm, but still not overpowering, not top strong. The rice really works with that flavor so well, like it soaks it up without being overpowering. Oh, so good. I love rice.
