How was it?
1. Wagyu beef shabu-shabu
Look at the marbling! It’s really good, it looks really good. Actually, the dashi(soup stock) has a lot of flavor, that’s really nice. Wagyu is so good! It’s so soft it just like melted in my mouth. They’re really tender like japanese wagyu beef this just like melts in our mouth. It’s literally like butter! I am surprised at how delicious it is.
2. Udon noodle
It’s not too heavy which is nice. This is so delicious.
