How was it?

1. Katsuo(Bonito sashimi with seaweed boiled in soy sauce)

It’s special, it’s nice. It’s like a fresh cut. It’s salty, I love it. It has a unique taste.

2. Tsubugai(Whelk)

It’s good, it’s interesting texture. The taste is kind of not like fish, not like seaweed, not like sea. It’s nice appetizer. The food here gives me a sense of hospitality.

3. Sake(Nihonshu / Japanese Sake)

I like it, it’s like white wine a little bit. Alcohol is not very strong.

4. Tai(red snapper sashimi)

Here’s one I like. This is good taste, it’s a good sushi! It can’t be compared to the sushi we buy at the supermarket in Switzerland. Oh, this one’s really good.

5. Iwashi(saudi sashimi)

Mmm, Mmm,good. It’s much better than what I had in Switzerland, this is very good.

6. Ika(squid sashimi with dried mullet roe)

It looks really good. This looks nice. I think sushi will become my favorite food. Sushi is sold at convenience stores in Switzerland, but I think it’s too low quality.

7. Sawara(Grilled mackerel fish)

Mmm,this one is really good. It’s so soft.There is fat on the skin of the fish. The skin is so crispy. It’s very nice.

8. Maguro no akami(Lean tuna sashimi)

Mmm, it’s super nice!! There is nealy no fat, it’s nice, super nice! I feel how sushi chef’s love his job and how happy he is. He is putting a lot of emotion in his sushis.

9. Ootoro(Fattiest portion of tuna sashimi)

Mmm, OK, I’m not say anymore! It was so soft that I didn’t need to chew anything.

10. Ikura(Salmon roe)

Oh, nice. It’s popping in my mouth, it’s like bubble tea. I like salty. Oh it’s good ,these are salmon eggs! I haven’t eaten anything today that I don’t like yet, so I’m pretty happy.
