How was it?
1. Tonkatsu (Pork cutlet)
This is nice. It’s really cool. This sauce is nice. I love Tonkatsu. Actually, I didn’t try something like that in Europe. It’s a very nice pork, thank you Japan. It’s worth coming to Japan to eat this. I was very surprised.
2. Cheese iri Menchikatsu (Minced meat cutlet with cheese)
It was even better I think. It’s very cool. I think it’s cheese pizza’s cheese.
3. Katsuni (Simmered fried pork cutlet with egg)
The rice is very sweet for this food. In Europe, rice is totally different prepared, and then we can say that it’s overcooked but this rice is great. This is 11 out of 10 points.
