Mm-hmm, OK. it’s not crunchy but like jelly. It’s not my favorite. I like the sauce.

This is really good. I’ve never had anything so soft before. Mhm. Oh my gosh, I’m excited and so happy. My favorite has to be the green leek sauce. You should definitely mix the tonkatsu with rice—it’s amazing. I never ate raw cabbage until I came to Japan, and it’s surprisingly delicious. I’m going to finish all of it. This is my first time having tonkatsu this good. I’d rate it a 10 out of 10. At regular restaurants, the meat is sometimes tough to chew, but here, every piece is incredibly soft and has the same perfect texture. It was absolutely worth it.
